So I have been a big fan of VEER magazine and I thought I might contact you guys to see if there is any opportunity for me to work for/with you guys on upcoming events.
I am a local photographer and I attend a lot of local events for photo coverage. Some of the events are paid gigs, some are volunteer and some are just events I personally enjoy to attend.
My website is still under construction but my Facebook fan page is alive and ever growing. Feel free to check it out as I am continuously adding past content from events I have attended.
If there is ever a situation where help is needed, feel free to get in touch with me. I’d love to help out when I can. Thanks,
Nick
what happened to Benita Adams on WVEC?
Brenda,
I am with you in missing Ms. Adams. She was the only reason that I watched channel 13 news. I haven’t watched channel 13 news since Ms. Adams has not been on the morning show.
I don’t watch wvec news any more I just watched it to see Ms Adams in the morning to get my day started off right
Do you have any info on the singer/songwriter contest. It was mentioned at the awards last night, but I can’t find anything about it.
Thanks,
Rob

Hoping someone may recall an article by Jeff Maisey awhile back about a road trip to Tennessee. If you have the details about the area to visit please post them for me thanks
Just wondering why I can’t access the excellent article by Al Markowitz that appeared in the print version of Veer for February 15,2013. Itwas called, Beyond the Lunacy of the Republican Cold War Redux and spoke of imagining what the U.S. might be like if obama really WAS a socialist, as so many Republican media types like to claim. i enjoyed it immensely and wanted to share with others. ….why no online access? I am puzzled and dismayed.
